I was saying to Wendy that the bird feeder was quite popular this December. With the snow and below zero temps the last week or so it has been busy, very busy with the same kind of birds as always. With the exception of a couple of cardinals not much color against the white snow. Not five minutes later we got this visitor.
An escape from someone’s home no dought! I believe it has been in the wild for some time because it flies like a bolt of lighting. The sparrows that fight everything, who are not even the least bit intimated by the squirrels, give this bird the feeder all to him/herself.
