Chas Eshelman

A friend of Matthew’s, Chris, who works on the Professional building (still the tallest building in Elgin) maintenance staff in down town Elgin, was going through some old papers and ran across this picture of “Chas Eshelman” and wondered if he was any relation to Matthew. Dad confirms that indeed it is Glenn Eshelman’s oldest brother Charles. Mustaches must have been a requirement for postal carriers back then.
