Six months later

It has been seven days shy of six months since my sleeve surgery and I am happy to report that I have reached a goal weight of 250 pounds.

My next goal weight will be too lose an additional ten lbs. In the past, this time of the year has been quite challenging for me. With the holidays and winter weather I tend to pack on a few pounds. Hopefully the portions and choice of food will continue too be good choice's!

Feeling good having lost 118 lbs!
