A year past and -128 lbs later. Feeling good. Have gained a couple of pounds over last few weeks due to less activity during coooold weather. Took Mya and Payton to forest preserve this a.m. for the first time in about ten weeks otherwise have been walking them around the area when weather permitted. Mya ran like the wind! Payton eat poop and rolled in snow.
